This Watermelon Blueberry min spicy lassi is a refreshing great drink for the summer. Enjoy!
- 1/2 cup watermelon cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fat free yogurt ( I make from skim milk)
- 1 or 1/2 small green chili to taste
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1/4 tsp grated Ginger
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Blend everything in a blender with few ice cubes, pour in a glass and enjoy.
