Apple Banana Pakora, Bhajia, Fritters
Apple and Banana Pakoras! Pakoras are an all-time favorite snack amongst everyone. Pakoras are made in so many ways using a variety of vegetables and lentils. Apple and Banana Pakoras were suggested by my friend Rajni from India. It sounds different because I never tried these pakoras. I decided to give it a try. I know she enjoys sweet and spicy combinations of flavors. These pakoras are crispy from the outside and soft from the inside. These Pakoras are also vegan and gluten-free. Apple Coconut Barfi

Avocado Paratha
Avocado Paratha, these days I’m spending a lot of time at home, so I decided to experiment in the kitchen. I had one extra avocado left after making some guacamole dip. Avocados seem to be very popular these days most often served as “Avocado Toast”. I decided to put an Indian twist and use the extra avocado in delicious flavorful parathas. It actually turned out great and I enjoyed, but I think it needed a few tweaks. I added some extra spices and it turned out even better.

Basen puda is a great dish to serve for breakfast or a light lunch. This recipe is quick to prepare and can be served many different ways.

Bhakarwadi is a delicious sweet and spicy snack. Bhakarwadi is a popular snack from Gujrat and Maharashtra. Bhararwadi is a tasty snack.

Bhel Puri Chat(Spicy Crunchy Snack)
This is a simple spicy snack with a light crunch! This is very popular with street vendors in Mumbai, Bhel puri. Every street vendor has his own twist but it doesn’t matter how you make it. Two main ingredients remain the same . . . puffed rice (murmura) and fine sev.

Boondi (bundi) Ladoo
Boondi Ladoo is a great, mouth watering snack-time dessert and is a must have at all special occasions all over India. Boondis are very small, round deep fried balls that have been soaked in fragrant sugar syrup. After soaking, the syrup is drained and the syrup infused boondi are formed into balls (ladoos).
