In Gujarat, Kadhi is made very watery and taste like sweet and sour soup. I enjoy the dishes which are made using besan. Palak Kadhi has become a comfort side dish for us. It is easy to make and can be served with any meal.

Spinach and Broccoli Kofta
In this Spinach and Broccoli Kofta, I have used Broccoli and Spinach as a variation which makes it more healthy especially for kids. As my kids do not eat broccoli and spinach on their own I often try to mix and match different vegetables to make it more tempting for them. The crunchiness of peanuts gives it a unique taste.
