Baklava Rolls
Baklava is a Middle Eastern specialty. Baklava is made in many shapes I decided to make them in rolls. Instead of honey I used sugar to glaze and flavored with cardamom.

Gujia
Gujia is a fried pastry filled with an aromatic nuts mixture. In India, Gujia is traditionally made for the holidays like Diwali and Holi and is a must have treat.

Namak Paare
Namak paare is pastry like crunchy snack lightly seasoned with carom seed. This is great snack with cup of tea. I like them with spiced mango or lemon pickle.

Potato Masala Quiche Pastry
When I was searching for different recipes i came across with quiche recipe with crescent rolls and i wanted make quiche in an Indian style. As potato was a main ingredient for this contest it inspired me more, to try my own invention of quiche Indian style recipe which I am presenting to you all. You all must try this out.
