Avocado Paratha
Avocado Paratha, these days I’m spending a lot of time at home, so I decided to experiment in the kitchen. I had one extra avocado left after making some guacamole dip. Avocados seem to be very popular these days most often served as “Avocado Toast”. I decided to put an Indian twist and use the extra avocado in delicious flavorful parathas. It actually turned out great and I enjoyed, but I think it needed a few tweaks. I added some extra spices and it turned out even better.

It was my daughter-in-law’s birthday this past weekend, and I wanted to do something nice for her. For me, the thing that gives me the most joy is making food for the people that I love, and so I decided that I would prepare something for her to drop off. These pakoras also have the added benefits of being vegan and gluten-free.

Custard Toast Bites (Sweet Brushetta)
Custard Toast Bites is custard flavored with saffron and cardamom and served over toasted bread. This recipe is definitely un-traditional but nonetheless a delicious approach. This is super easy to make and you can call this Custard Bruschetta. Custard Toast Bites can be served as a dessert or tea time snack.
