  1. Hi. I have tried fresh Australian and fresh mangos from peru. I have also tried alphonso and kesar mango pulp. The mango neutralises the yoghurt taste and the yoghurt neutralises the mango taste. The best outcome is a faint taste of each. Any advice? Thanks.

  2. Hi, I love Mango Lassi. I have made it three times, the first time I made it, I added a bit too much cardamom, but my husband and I love Cardamom, so it wasn’t a big deal.
The last two times were disastrous. I had made it exactly the same, same amount of yogurt and mangos but it was very tart. I added sugar and kept adding it to see if it would even out the taste but it didn’t work. I added more milk but it was just too tart so I ended up tossing it. Pretty much the same thing when it came to the last batch I made, too tart, luckily my husband was able to salvage that one and it was fine, but still didn’t taste as delicious as the first time I made it, what am I doing wrong? Can you help me please?

  3. Mango Lassi is cooling and helps to soothe any burning hot days,
but I also like the idea of strawberries and peaches, would mango work as an alternative. Mango is sweet and would be good with summer berries; strawberries.
