  1. I had ecldinahas verde tonight, which is similar to green salsa and it *really* hit the spot. I agree with Sue, I normally just toss stuff around and don’t bother with how it looks on the plate. I suppose I’m not taking pictures, and it’s partially because I live alone, but it’s so pretty. I’ve always wanted to try Butternut Squash, maybe in a soup – it’s good in the fall I here. Anyway, I’m rambling – I just thought you should know that it looks both nummy and pretty.
