Appetizers are typically finger foods that are easy to pick up and eat while waiting for the main course. So I decided to come up with an appetizer that has all the flavors of a traditional chaat and at the same time has the convenience of being able to be made ahead of time and is also a finger food. After some thinking, I came up with these yummy Chaat Bites – a crowd pleaser for sure!Add to favorites

In this Spinach and Broccoli Kofta, I have used Broccoli and Spinach as a variation which makes it more healthy especially for kids. As my kids do not eat broccoli and spinach on their own I often try to mix and match different vegetables to make it more tempting for them. The crunchiness of peanuts gives it a unique taste. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.Add to favorites
These bread swirls are a healthy delightful appetizer. In most of my parties when kids are invited they need something that is easy to hold and filling too. Kids don’t like to carry their food on plate so I got this idea for them but it became a party hit with adults too!
