    I would be most grateful if someone could give me further information on the following spices and how they are used in cooking:

    Asarid Seeds (Lepidium Satioum)

    Kamarkus ( Salvia Plebia)

    Ground Pomegranate (Anardana)

    Wild Pomegranate Seeds (Anardana)

    Psyllium Seeds

    Fenugreek Seeds

    Chasku Seeds (Cassia Absus)
