Thank you for this site was very happy to have found it yesterday. Can you please let me know if the use of a pressure cooker is needed to make ras malai.
Can de paneer also be cooked in the sugar syrup in a normal pan?
So far I have not been able to make good rasgullas or rasmalai without cooker but I know many people do make without. I am working on it.
