Hi Manjula ji
I have recently Moved to US and want to make Phulkas and Naan on my electric stove.
Can you suggest any brands for me to buy a metal rack to make these recipes.

Metal Rack for making Chapatis

Phulkas can be made on common Tawa only . only need to take care that stove is hot enuf before putting ur first chapati .. after that , let chapati get little cooked on one side and then flip to other side. let it get cooked little on other side too and then flip back again to other side . Now use cloth or spatula to press the sides to make then fluffy.

I had an electric stove for a long time and used odinary wire racks available in grocery stores/Target etc.Look for the ones that have straight line wires in them as opposed to the mesh ones. They are also available as cake cooling racks. Any cheap rack will do.I even used the metal rack that comes in the toaster oven for roasting etc as I was not using it in the toaster. Hope this helps.
