Do you have a recipe for Gobi Manchurian? I tried it at an Indian restaurant for the first time a week ago and really liked the flavor. I think it was a dry version. I found a recipe that looked like it could be similar to what I had at the restaurant. It turned out great but I’d love to try a different version. What I made was really spicy (which I like) but I see most Gobi Manchurian recipes described as “sweet and sour”.
