Parathas are whole-wheat Indian flatbread. Parathas can be made plain or stuffed with different fillings. This recipe is with the most popular filling – Potatoes. Aloo Parathas are perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch.


Battura

Battura is fried puffed bread and is traditionally served with chola (chickpeas). The combination is called Chola Battura and is very popular with youngsters.


Gobhi Paratha

Gobhi parathas (stuffed cauliflower bread) make a great Sunday breakfast. This is my favorite paratha.

Tandoori roti is made with whole-wheat flour and traditionally cooked in a clay oven or tandoor. This recipe uses a regular home oven with pizza or baking stone witch provides a similar effect to the tandoor.
