Hi Manjula aunty,

I’ve always loved all ur recipes.
Recently I wanted to bake cookies, and I tried out this recipe.. some how my cookies tend to burn on the bottom.. although I follow the timing and measurements carefully!

Please tell me the brand name of the baking sheet you used and where you got it from?.. so tht I will try baking with that one..

How are u? I love your recipes.. I had already tried many of your awesome recipes and big thanks for that.. today I made wheat almond cookies but my cookies didn’t turn as good as yours.. they didn’t expand.. I don’t know why.. I did exactly same as you said. Any pointers on what may be missing or cautions to be taken are highly appreciated.

I love your recipes Aunty. I just made these cookies…. and I amazed myself how good they came out to be. So simple but great. So, next time I have craving for cookies/biscuits and I don’t have any at home….I’ll simply make some by mysefl !!!

Just wanted to know how to store these cookies? At room temperature or in the refrigerator? Also, how long do they last i.e. without getting spoiled?

I am planning to make these cookies today, could you please tell me if I can use rolled oats instead of almonds with cinnamon instead of cardamom? Also, can I use ghee instead of butter?

Hello Manjula Aunty,

I have tried the cookies today, they have been AWESOME!!! my son (3yrs old) helped me in mixing the ingredients and they were ready in no time… It is a very easy recipe. I liked it so much for one more reason, as i am a Jain and don’t take egg, this is awesome, especially for the Daslakshan Parv and Bhado’s month!!!
