Recipe makes about 24.

I made these cookies today. They tasted pretty good. I hardly needed any milk. I also tried a batch with half almond meal and half cup whole wheat flour. That came out good too:)
Jaijinendra aunty,
I just baked these cookies & my home is filled with the sweet aroma but in just 15 min ,my cookies turned little bit black from the bottom.
Do we have to decrease the temperature after putting cookies in the oven.
Thanks for all the wonderful recipes!
I think the cookies are not expanding b’coz it doesn’t have baking soda in it, I added a pinch of baking soda & instead of almonds I used chocolate chips, the cookies were wonderful crunchy & tasty! Thanks to Manjula aunty!
i tried these cookies myself and they did expand…as it is also mention in one of the previous reply i would like to mention again…it is better to keep the butter out of the fridge well in advance so it becomes soft rather than melting it
Ruchi,
Sorry, it should be 1/4 cup of water may be spoon less or more.
Hi Manjula, it was awesome!!!!! Can u pls also suggest a recipe for wheat bran cookies? Thanks. God bless you
