Please, share Paryushan Menu. I am a newly married bride to Jainism. My in laws are back home…no one is around to help me with jain menus. All I know is not to cook patatoes, onions and Garlic. Is that true?

Your dedication to observances is wonderful. Jainism is very similar in many respects to Buddhism. I believe that the Buddha and Mahavira were contemporaries and both philosophies were influenced by each other.
