Hello Aunty,
i am very much fascinated with this recipe and want to make it as desert for a dinner party I am going to host. I wanted to know if i can make this pie in the morning and store in the fridge and thn at the time of serving i reheat it in microwave and server with vanilla ice creme? Please reply soon.

I use green apples because they are firm and sour but you can use gala apples it should work fine.
