Is it possible to miss out citric acid as I don’t take citrus fruits. Perhaps use mango powder or rice vinegar instead?

My friends are so impressed with the dishes I have made from your website that they think I am an amazing cook – I can’t persuade them that they are quite straightforward.

Thank you for all your work and the care that you put into it. You are helping people all over the world to realise the importance of home cooking.

Best Wishes from Eileen in Scotland

Depending on the recipe you can sometimes just omit the citric acid, OR you can replace it with mango powder (amchoor) or lemon juice, but again it depends on the recipe which is the best alternate option.
