I made this chutney today with aloo paratha and it came out just awesome. Yesterday I made methi ka thepla for the first time following g your receipe point to point n it came out too good. Thank you. Will be trying more soon.

Is it fine to cook it for just 10 minutes ? For example, classic Italian tomato sauce has to simmer from 40 to 80 minutes.
